Who is responsible
Callquake is run by the Callquake team (Equipe Callquake), the controller of the personal data described here. Contact: hello@callquake.com.
Website
You do not need an account to read Callquake. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Markets you follow with the star are saved only in your own browser. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare, processes standard request data (such as IP address and country) to deliver and protect the site. We use the country only to decide which notices and platform links may be shown. To count visits we may use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies, does not fingerprint devices and shows us only aggregate numbers such as page views and countries. When you report an error in an explanation, we keep the report and a one-way code derived from your IP address for up to 2 hours, only to stop abuse.
Telegram bot
If you use our bot, we store your Telegram user ID, the country you choose, the markets you follow, your Call it picks, your streak, your plan, and the date you joined and last used the bot (for counting active users). Telegram processes your messages under its own privacy policy. The bot sends you service messages about things you asked for (alerts, game results, your plan ending); it does not send marketing. Market titles and public headlines are sent to an AI model to write explanations; no personal data is ever sent to it, and we make no automated decisions with legal effects about you.
Payments
Payments in Telegram Stars are handled by Telegram; we never receive card details, only Telegram’s payment reference and the amount. Payments in USDC are recorded on a public blockchain by their nature; we store the transaction reference and the plan it paid for. If we offer card payments, they are handled by the payment provider named at checkout.
Why we use the data
To provide the service you asked for (alerts, the game, the Pro plan), to keep it secure, and to meet legal duties such as tax records. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.
Where it is stored
Our providers (Cloudflare and Telegram) may process data outside your country, including in the United States, with the safeguards their terms provide.
How long we keep it
Bot data is kept while you use the service. Payment records are kept for as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or erase your data, or object to its use. Send /delete to the bot to erase everything the bot stores about you at once, or write to hello@callquake.com. Depending on where you live, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Children
Callquake is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
We will update this page when our practices change and show the date at the top.
