Terms of use

Last reviewed . Laws and platform rules change; check the sources linked below.

These terms apply to the Callquake website, Telegram bot, channel and alerts (the “service”), run by the Callquake team (“we”). By using the service you accept them. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

1. What the service is

Callquake publishes prediction-market prices, charts and news context for information only, as described in our disclaimer. We are not a trading venue, broker or adviser. We do not hold funds, manage accounts or give personalized advice.

2. Who may use it

You must be at least 18 and able to accept these terms. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you live, including any limits on prediction markets. The bot and channel run on Telegram, so Telegram’s own terms also apply to your use of them.

3. Third-party data

Market data comes from third parties, including Kalshi and Polymarket, and news links come from public publishers. Those parties own their data and set their own terms. We are not affiliated with them. We show their data as received, with possible delays, gaps or errors, and we may limit, change, delay or remove any third-party data, market or source at any time, including at a provider’s request, without notice. We do not guarantee that any source will remain available, and limiting or removing a source does not give a right to a refund, credit or other compensation.

Data shown on Callquake is for your personal, non-commercial viewing. You may not copy, scrape, store in bulk, resell, redistribute or use it to train or run AI or machine-learning systems, and you remain bound by the terms of Kalshi, Polymarket and any other provider when you use their platforms.

4. Acceptable use

Do not scrape or overload the service, use bots or automated access without our written permission, interfere with its security, misuse the reporting tool, impersonate Callquake, or use the service for anything unlawful. Callquake never asks for your wallet recovery phrase or private keys and never messages you first asking for money.

5. Explanations and corrections

Explanations of moves are generated automatically from public headlines and may be wrong or incomplete. Use “Report error” to flag one. We may correct or remove any explanation at any time; corrections are marked on the site.

6. Pro plan

Pro is a subscription to data and alerts; it never includes personalized advice. Prices are shown before you pay, and the price shown at that moment is the one that applies to that purchase; we may change prices for future purchases.

Features, markets and data sources included in Pro may change, be reduced or be removed at any time, including when a third-party source becomes unavailable (section 3). These changes do not give a right to a refund, credit or other compensation, except where the law requires it.

7. Call it: official rules

8. Our content and names

The service’s design, code and original text belong to Callquake. Kalshi, Polymarket and other names belong to their owners and are used only to identify the source of data. Headlines are shown with a link and credit to their publisher. If you own content shown here and want it removed, write to hello@callquake.com with the address of the page; we act promptly.

9. No warranty

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for trading or investment losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages, or for the acts, data or availability of third parties. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or US$ 50 if you paid nothing. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

11. Your responsibility

If you break these terms or a third party’s terms through your use of the service, you are responsible for the resulting claims and costs.

12. Suspension and changes

We may suspend or end access for anyone who breaks these terms. We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the service means you accept the update.

13. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, and disputes go to the courts of São Paulo, SP, without removing any mandatory consumer protection of the country where you live.
